about me
Hi, my name is Liz Brown and my pronouns are she/her.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach creating an affirming, accessible space for every body to move and grow.
I believe movement should feel supportive, not overwhelming — and it should meet you where you are today.

Recovery shaped my purpose. Strength came from showing up for myself.
An indoor rock climbing accident uprooted my life as I knew it, but it also gave me a new sense of purpose.
I’ve always loved being active, but my ongoing recovery from a severe tibial plateau fracture has taught me to find a better balance of patience and consistency. Learning to walk unassisted again is no joke – especially with a 12 month healing process.
If you’re rebuilding, starting fresh, or learning to trust your body again, you’re in the right place. I aim to help others build strength and nourish their bodies in ways that feel supportive, simple, and realistic.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching blends habit science, long-term mobility, and realistic nutrition with an affirming, inclusive lens.
I’m an Air Force veteran and a lover of movement in many forms — light jogs with my dog, gravel cycling, strength training, yoga, standup paddling, hiking, and rock climbing.
Before leaning into personal training, I led award-winning tech teams, coached businesses, and taught as an adjunct professor. I have a graduate level research background in psychology, habit formation, and designing tools for learning.
As a curvy queer woman of color, and an educator, I aim to create space for people who don’t often see their bodies, identities, or experiences represented in fitness and wellness.
